Service details, pricing, and scope of work will be outlined in written estimates or service agreements.
All services are performed using professional equipment and industry-standard cleaning methods.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by the Company are based on the information available at the time of inspection or customer description.
Actual pricing may be adjusted if:

Additional labor or equipment is required

Safety risks are discovered

Access limitations exist
Customers will be notified before any changes are made.
Estimates are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms outlined on the invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:

Residential services: payment due upon completion

Commercial services: payment due within 7 days of invoice
Late payments may incur a 10% late fee for every 7-day period past due, unless prior arrangements are made with the Company.
The Company reserves the right to suspend future services for overdue accounts.
Accepted payment methods may include credit card, ACH transfer, check, or other approved methods.
4. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
Prior to service, customers agree to:

Unlock gates if necessary

Secure pets
-
Remove obstacles that block access to windows or service areas

Notify the Company of any known hazards
If access is restricted at the scheduled appointment time, the Company may charge a service fee or rescheduling fee.
5. Safety Conditions
The Company reserves the right to decline or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe, including but not limited to:

Severe weather

Structural instability
-
Electrical hazards
-
Aggressive animals
-
Unsafe ladder conditions
Safety decisions are made at the discretion of the technician or supervisor on site.
6. Existing Property Conditions
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property including but not limited to:

Oxidized window frames
-
Failing seals in double pane windows
-
Scratched or damaged glass
-
Loose window frames
-
Poorly sealed fixtures or vents
-
Pre-existing paint or surface deterioration
Cleaning may reveal these existing issues.
7. Water Intrusion Disclaimer
Exterior cleaning services involve the use of water and cleaning solutions.
While we take reasonable precautions, Betty’s Windows & Power Wash LLC is not responsible for water intrusion caused by:

Improperly sealed windows

Structural defects
-
Faulty construction
-
Failing caulking or seals
Customers are responsible for ensuring their property is properly sealed and maintained.
8. Slip and Fall Safety
During service, wet surfaces may be present.
The Company will place safety cones or warning signage when appropriate. Customers and occupants agree to exercise caution in service areas.
Betty’s Windows & Power Wash LLC is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to observe posted safety warnings.
9. Results Disclaimer
While we strive to provide excellent cleaning results, some stains or buildup may be permanent and cannot be fully removed, including:

Hard water staining

Oxidation
-
Mineral deposits
-
Etching or surface damage
Removal of these conditions may require restoration services beyond standard cleaning.
10. Scheduling and Cancellations
Customers may reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Weather conditions may require rescheduling. The Company will notify customers as soon as possible if weather affects service.
11. Satisfaction Guarantee
If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of service, they must notify the Company within 48 hours of service completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and may schedule a touch-up if necessary.
Refunds are issued only at the Company’s discretion.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betty’s Windows & Power Wash LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of use of property

Pre-existing structural or material defects
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.
13. Insurance
